So sorry that you received crap just for an opinion. That's absurd. Even if you disagree with someone's take it's super low to attack them.
As far as TJ. Great game! I may not always like his play, but my cousin is a pretty long time Blues player. TJ's a great guy and it's awesome what he did tonight. Not only dealing with your father, but to have all of these other things floating around I'm surprised he didn't sit this one out. |

last night should have been about Oshie
but it wasn't
and that could have been solved very easily even by just suspending Wilson for one game |

But he wasn't injured so what's the big deal? Let the posters police the blog themselves |

But what he did wasn't a suspend-able offense so why should the league just suspend him? The solution should have been to push back against the media and fanbase hysteria. The rags from top to bottom are an embarrassment and that was on full display last night. |

Finally Rangers played like trying to win something other than Lady Byng memorial trophy. |

I would say 80% of execs, fans, players thinks he should be suspended. I just think wilson the 6th grader that loves fighting the 3rd graders. Why is he going after buch and panarin? They don't fight? Just soft poopt from him. Also the Rangers mean a lot more to the league then caps ever will or did. Just facts |

Doesnt matter what 80% of the people think, if its wasn't a suspend-able offense, then there shouldn't be a suspension...PERIOD. Also what an incredible stupid statement that the rags mean more then the caps...who cares? Just facts.

Not really that stupid when they generate more revenue than they do. That is what im referencing. It is definitely arguable that offense should be a suspension. Personally I just think Wilson has no place fighting finesse guys. Makes no sense |

panarin bit off more then he could chew...shouldn't have done that. Stop trying to make it seem like Wilson hunted the little guy down...he didn't.
btw, where is all the outrage over buch using his stick as a weapon against manthas face last night? rags and the media are silent...typical hypocrites

Funny how so many sanctimonious hypocrites let their hatred for Tom Wilson turn them into the very thing they claim to despise. Their hate reveals their true character as they make death threats, promote cheap shots and call for the end of someone’s career all while acting like it’s all Wilson’s fault they’ve soiled their own values/character.
Reminds me of psychos like Kathy Griffin exposing their own degenerate lunacy when Trump was elected. |

Panarin wasnt trying to fight tho. Just break it up IMO. Buch should get a suspension for last night. Probably be a $5k fine. Most Rangers beat writers said he will have a hearing and he is.
They gave wilson they same punishment as hank who squirted water in Sid's face. Just no consistency |

It was a suspendable offense. Going by what the Department of Safety rules is just silly. The only thing they are consistent about is their inconsistency.
reasonable people are not suggesting a season ban. But a 1 game suspension would have sent the proper message and prevented the circus. NHL should be ashamed of themselves.

A very manufactured hat trick, I found It quite Interesting that the Caps were always looking for Oshie on the Ice to try and get him the puck. |

This is silly. If teams could manufacture three goal games by players at will it would happen daily. |

Well not on the first two goals. But it is common for teams to try and set up the 3rd goal for a player - especially if they are winning. See it all the time. Nothing wrong with that.

Aside from Oven-chicken (who was not playing) Oshie is their top goal-scorer. It's not unusual to get the puck to the player most likely to score.

This is in the Rangers fans opinion. Could have been about your outspoken organization calling for peoples heads, could have been about the firing of your GM and front office staff, could have been about Buch's gutless crosscheck to the face. Did wilson cry when Smith essentially jumped him? No, he knew the odds of this happening was high and answered the bell like everyone knew he would. 70 fights in his career and counting so relax.
Oshie was the story in my eyes, and going back to his emotional on-ice interview after winning the cup brought this moment full circle. Hard to not get choked up when watching Oshie's unfiltered emotions. Great game, great player, not disappointed one bit. Good job Caps! |

Man you need to relax and stop ranting on every page. Far more dangerous events have occurred, and this sport will continue to be PG13 so you need to decide if this is something you can handle. That game was amazing, and this "drama" has done nothing but elevate the NHL's publicity, and galvanized your team during the doldrums of the season.
Again, Oshie was the story of that night and rightfully so. This is what gets hockey fans out of their seats, choked up emotionally, and happy to watch some unscripted passion unfold. Unreal game no matter how you look at it. |

Ranting - LOL.
PG-13 eh? Are you so dumb that you can't recognize someone hitting their head on the ice is dangerous?
You wouldn't need to deflect about "Oshie's" night if the NHL actually made some real decisions.
But go on - stay in denial.
